Forms Team
Forms team is coached by Grandmaster Shik Lee. Grandmaster Lee is a world-renowned Taekwondo master who has won multiple international competitions in various disciplines. Under Grandmaster Lee the Forms team has consistently produced national champions in various belt categories and age groups.
Sparring Team
Our sparring team is coached by Illinois State gold medalist Master Mark Tan. Combining the latest strategies and innovative training systems, the team has produced national, regional, state, and local champions. The team has members of all age groups and is competitive at all belt levels.
